Aesys introduces itself every year and tells its own story through guided tours or by welcoming invitations to attend schools, universities, professional centers and post-diploma specialization centres. Telling how the company looks to the future of young people, bringing the experiences of former students who have internally developed their own path, sharing interests and ambitions of young generations, is part of a process of orientation in which the Human Resources office has always believed in.
The visits are organized both for students from middle and high school, universities and ITS with particular fous to Technical Institutes. The tour includes a visit to the production departments and always ends with a sharing of the experience with the experts of the human resources office.
