To get better and faster support, you can use the online ticketing system. For each request for assistance is assigned an identification number that can be used to check the progress of the ticket and the messages related to it. For the request of assistance, an email address is required. In case of problems with the opening of the ticket you can write to service@aesys.com or call 0352924111 and follow the instructions of the voice mail.
