Compliance with all the requirements expressed by the Customer, mandatory and defined by the company, is a must for Aesys.
The certification of Quality Management System according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard has allowed to introduce an important improvement in risk management and the opportunities correlated to the context in which the company is found to operate mitigating on one side the effects (of the risks) and from the other taking advantage of the events (opportunities) to continuously increase customer satisfaction.

The UNI ISO 45001:2018 certification attests the existence of an effective Management System and Continuous Improvement of all aspects of the safety and health of employees in the workplace.
Leadership, cultivation of a result-oriented culture, communication, constant involvement, implementation of processes to identify hazards, continuous evaluation of performance, as well as the adoption of an integrated management system and compliance with legal and other requirements are key factors for Aesys success.
This certification, in addition to being a strategic decision for Aesys, represents an ethical value to be adhered to in their daily work.

The UNI ISO IEC 27001:2013 + 27017:2015 + 27018:2019 certification attests to the existence of an Information Security Management System (ISMS), recognized worldwide as objective evidence of the application of good IT security practices.

Aesys' sensitivity and sense of responsibility for environmental protection issues and commitment to continuous improvement of its environmental performance in compliance with all applicable legal requirements, results in the adoption of an environmental management system certified according to the standard UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 oriented to the assessment of the risks characterizing the specific context in which the company operates.

The UNI EN ISO 3834-2: 2021 certification attests to the existence of a Quality Management System in welding, in particular of the processes related to the design and construction of welded metal structural elements.

The UNI EN 1090-1: 2009 + A1: 2011 certification certifies the conformity of steel and aluminum structures. Compliance with this standard allows Aesys to mark its structural artifacts made of metal carpentry, as required by European Regulation CPR 305/11.

The EN 15085-2: 2020 Certification assesses the welding quality of the metal components of railway vehicles. Compliance with the requirements of this standard guarantees the correct management of the design and welding of Aesys products intended for this specific sector (on-board rail).

Aesys believes that a bonding activities (today widely used in industrial manufacturing) management model is a necessary condition to assure safe products to its customer

The SOA qualification certificate allows the company to perform public works. Aesys is qualified for the OS09, OS18-A and OS19 categories.
